From our Georgetown office, Fountain Community Healthcare Services sends private-duty nurses, nursing assistants, home care aides, homemakers, and companions to clients’ homes throughout northern Kentucky.
Different home care professionals are trained for different responsibilities. Nurses provide skilled support such as medication administration, wound care, and monitoring medical equipment. Personal care assistants can provide many other in-home support services. A registered nurse completes initial and ongoing service-plan assessments to help determine the care that best suits each client’s needs.
